What is coaching & how can it help me...

The difference between counseling and coaching is that counseling investigates the roots and causes of potential mental health concerns, whereas coaching focuses on the future that encourages personal development and self-improvement.

Coaching is a professional client-focused service. The individual or couple is assumed to be mentally healthy, motivated, and able to achieve  goals with effective support, information, and guidance whether that is regarding your relationships, job/business, or life decisions.

Coaching concentrates on guiding and helping you to achieve a future goal through support and insight or pushing you to a higher level of performance. Each coaching session begins with a consultation to understand your goals, needs and/or challenges for individual/life coaching or to understand your unique needs.

If psychotherapy isn’t for you, coaching may be precisely what you need to help you focus, develop, and take specific, goal-oriented actions that will help you achieve your goals and dreams, and improve your health. I provide coaching via phone, online via iCouch, and in-person (office or even the park), addressing:

  • Pinpointing behaviors or thoughts preventing growth and decision making
  • Achieving work/life balance
  • Life/Career Transitions/Stressors
  • Relationships (Connecting, Decision-making &  Communicating)

Coaching is a professional client-focused service. The individual or couple is assumed to be healthy, powerful, and able to achieve their goals with effective support, information, and guidance.

TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK!

Coaching is a team effort and with this tool I help people think strategically about their lives and helping them take steps towards a fulfilling and purpose filled life.
Not all therapy has to include life coaching, but it can be a very powerful addition.
Coaching can include but is not limited to:

  • Stepping into more joy and gratitude about life.
  • Identifying Purpose
  • Identifying and moving toward life goals
  • Liberating from relationship patterns and creating fulfilling relationships.
  • Creating balance in your day to day schedule
