Parenting is FREAKING hard! Making the right decisions for your kids and yourself can be overwhelming. Parenting is hard enough, but when you have a split or blended family it’s a whole new ball game. Dealing with the changes parenting and co-parenting creates can take its toll on the family system.

Group therapy can help you take control of life transitions so you don't get lost in the shuffle of negativity and unauthentic connections.

  I offer groups that address different family challenges, from parenting skills,  establishing the best co-parenting approach and several for kids having difficulty dealing with their experience within the family system. My groups helps parents learn what they can do as members of a blended family to set limits and establish structure even when the other set of parents do things differently.
